The beam travel is powered by an electric motor. The beam return travel distance is infinitely variable. The oil-tight welded hydraulic power unit is installed at
the rear side of the cutting machine. The electric control cabinet is mounted to one side of the machine. The operator’s panel and all electric operatoring
and control elements are arranged on the front side of the control cabinet.
A Siemens PLC controls the various movements. With operator’s guidance, clear text error display and stroke counter.
The lowest point of cutting stoke is set automatically. For protection and cutting stroke release a safety light curtain is installed on the operator’s side of the machine. Cutting stroke release selective via 1-cycle resp. 2-cycle operation. With protective guarding in accordance with the European Standards. The electric control cabinet is built according to the EN-rules 60204.
The daylight can be increased by 50 mm when displacing the intermediate pieces.
