Welded steel construction. Consisting of a frame with stationary beam and base, with drop beam fastened to the upper frame of the hydraulic cylinder supporting the piston rod.

The drop beam is aligned coplanar with the table plate. The working stroke is infinitely adjustable within the max. stroke range. Guidings at the drop beam are
self-lubricating. With 4 mechanical limit stops with automatic central adjustment for exact low point limitation of the drop beam during cutting. Setting and
reading accuracy 0,1 mm.

The hydraulic power unit stands separate from the machine. It contains pump, motor and hydraulic control valves, which are mounted on a carrier plate covering
the welded oil container. A Siemens PLC (S7) controls the various movements. The electric controls are installed in a separate control cabinet. The operator’s panel controls all movements and functions and is arranged on the front side of the control cabinet. The complete electrical equipment corresponds to latest EN-regulations 60204.

With defined operating sequence for leak oil in the drop beam. Secured against dropping down (SITEMA clamping head, hydraulic).
