This machine is a development of our proven 6400 series. The construction of this machine incorporates all positive features of the proceeding models in combination with the new technical improvements.
The 6400 CC is suitable to last all kind of shoe types at any size range. The machine can be used for lasting ladies, men’s, children’s safety and sport shoes. With this machine the shoes can be lasted in seat and shank area in one operation.
The lasting margin is fixed in the seat and shank area by thermoplastic hotmelt. The cement will be applied by separate programmable nozzle tracers for exact cement apply according to the different contours of shoe models.

The lasting margin in the seat area and shank area is fixed by hot melt. Cement application by means of nozzle tracers from the seat.
The tracer nozzels are individually moveable in height, depth, to left and right. This guarantees a uniform and perfect cement application for all different last models and shank rises.
The machine is equipped for working with rod cement. It can be worked with polyester as well as with polyamid. The cement transport is electro - motoric.
The shank lasting equipment is working with motorized 4-finger shank wiping equipment to adjust the different heights on inside and outside of shank area, controlled by gear motors. Two pincers are provided to achieve a special counter pull in shank and seat area. Last support controlled by light curtain. Automatic last height adjustment to regulate the difference in last heel height. Motorized heel band adjustment.
