A further initiative in the universality of the lasting machines is the new development of machine type 6400 TCC. The machine 6400 TCC is suitable to last all kind of shoe types like ladies’, men’s, children’s, safety and sport shoes.The machine is based on the previous 6400 version and is useable for:
- Tacking in the heel area and cementing in the shank area
- Cementing in the heel and shank area
- Cementing only the heel area
- Cementing only the shank area
- Tacking only the heel area
- Cementing the heel and shank area and tacking the heel

The shank lasting equipment is working with 4 pressure adjustable lasting fingers.
The machine is equipped for working with rid cement. It can be worked with
polyester as well as with polyamid. The cement transport is electro-motoric
controlled.
The lasting margin in the seat area is fi xed by tacks depending on size of the
shoe the machine can work with 15-23 tacks. The tack feed unit can process all standard tacks being available on the market (round or square type). Two pincer are provided to achieve a special counter pull in shank and seat area.
